The Group Coaching Process

Here are the logistics of group coaching:

Step #1: Complete a 6 Advisors Assessment Report

You'll take a complete 6 Advisors assessment (a $299 value) and confidentially review your results with me before our first session.

Step #2: Receive your Coaching Workbook and Materials

Before the first of our 13 hour-long group tele-sessions, you will receive your 180 page full-color practicum and other materials that we will use throughout our time together.

Step #3: Weekly coaching sessions via teleconference

Every week we will meet via teleconference on our scheduled day and time. (These calls will be recorded and available to you if you have to miss a session.)

Step #4: Weekly Discovery Assignments

You will have 'homework' to complete every week before our scheduled session. This can be completed online or emailed to me.

Step #5: Complete a follow-up 6 Advisors Assessment Report

You will be sent another link to take your follow-up assessment (a $299 value).

Step #6: Final one-on-one session

We will have a final one-on-one session to review your assessment and coaching results as well as plan next steps.

The cost of group coaching is only $1799 which includes materials ($299 value), the initial assessment ($299 value), a follow-up assessment ($299 value) and all 14 tele-coaching sessions.
