"Our speaker is an expert in neuro-axiology and the leading science of personal and professional development. She has studied high achievers for over 20 years and represents a broad background in leadership and management positions ranging from her days as captain of her high school and college athletic teams to director of an IT consulting firm.

"Traci graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. She went on to Ohio State University where she entered the Master's Program for Athletic Coaching.

A-V and Room Setup Request

Traci prefers to use a wireless lavaliere microphone. She normally utilizes a PowerPoint presentation and requests a projector and screen. She will bring her own laptop. She likes to have a small table to place papers and props.  A glass or bottle of water would be appreciated as well. If the speech surrounds a meal, please ask servers to stop completely while she is speaking. We know they love to get the tables cleared, but this really is a serious distraction to your attendees and we want the best possible environment and ROI for your organization.

Expenses

In addition to Traci’s speaking fee (varies with length of the presentation), she requests round trip coach airfare, ground transportation, parking, meals, and lodging. She usually needs one night’s stay but that depends on your event. For presentations in the Houston, Austin and San Antonio areas, Traci often drives to the meeting.

Media Relations

Traci is very much at ease doing radio, TV, or newspaper interviews at your location. Clients have also asked her to do a short interview by phone with media in their area before a convention, and she is delighted to do that as well. If you are an association executive and would like to publish a short article in your newsletter before or after Traci’s appearance, she will be happy to create that and get it to you quickly. Today’s technology also allows you to feature audio tracks and podcasts on your website and Traci can record those by phone in advance. Naturally, any other publicity ideas you have will be welcome. We want you to get the best coverage, the best attendance, and the best reaction to your meeting you’ve ever had.
